Recently I watch the movie "Matrubhumi". It was a long pending one for me to see. It was staying at my laptop from last 2 years but I just never get the proper mind to watch it. A very thought provoking movie. Its not a movie, its a journey; a painful one. It will leave you, numb, speechless. Once you will finish the movie, you will have a heavy heart. You need courage and guts to make such movie and you needs more to watch it completely. Its vulgarity and has violence as well but vulgarity is at mental level. It will make you upset, angry, helpless. At few points movie has so dark a humour that you will feel hurt. The problem of female foeticide has taken in this movie and you cant make a better movie then this on this subject. The director Manish Jha and all actors deserves kudos. A true mind boggling movie. Its unfortunate that in India, such movies didn't get much audience.
